QuoteI died (in Lvl 4, I think) and it just said "Your home bed is missing or obstructed", and resetted me completely, back to Level 1 with the Start Loot...
It is kind of frustrating to respawn in the total beginning after every death...

QuoteThe texture pack is amazing, and while the map is somewhat repetitive, it's due to the fact it is randomly generated

QuoteThis must be a Minecraft bug because I didn't add any invincible mob on the map. Try to exit the map and re-enter it maybe this way the issue gets fixed, if not, report the bug to mojang.

QuoteWhen you click the button if it says "Wait...", wait for 30 seconds and click it again, do it 3 or 4 times and you will finally enter the dungeon. It shouldn't be longer of 45 seconds, depends on your computer. But you can find videos on youtube of people playing the map and it usually takes 45 seconds-1 minute. But remember to click the button again.

QuoteBe sure to play it on 1.9.2 and if you play on multiplayer enable command blocks. It works. You can find some videos on youtube of people playing on multiplayer, it works perfect. Probably there is something wrong with your server, minecraft version, or pc.

QuoteVery nail biting exit :)

QuoteYes it is multiplayer, there is no limit of players but maybe the recommended would be a max of 4 players.

QuoteThanks you! I'm glad you like it!!

QuoteEach level is generated randomly and it takes a while, around 45 seconds more or less.
2016-04-21 21:29
QuoteIn every level 3 keys spawn on random chests.
2016-04-21 21:28
QuoteAt the start of every level you have a health boost that last for 30 seconds you can use it to run and find a bed.

QuoteYes

QuoteIt's an score system, you can compete with your friends to see who can get more!
2016-04-21 21:24
QuoteEmeralds are score, and yes if you die before finding a bed on a level you start from level 1 like on the old rogue game in which this map is based. About the invisible/ininc ible skeleton I didn't add any of that to the map, maybe it's a glitch Idk.

QuoteIf you explore the whole dungeon before going to the next level you can get a lot of items, I would say that it is Multiplayer firendly because besides, more people but same amount of mobs is an important advantage.

QuoteI'm glad you liked it. And thanks for the feedback, you gave me a lot of useful ideas, I will apply them to my next map :)
2016-04-21 21:20
QuoteI also ran into the bed issue, which is totally logical given the nature of the map. I got around it by manually making a copy of my save file after generating each new level, so that if I died before finding a bed, I could reload my save from the start of the level and not have to go back to the beginning. Maybe that's considered cheating, but I think it's a fair way to get around a game mechanic you can't fix. I did do one last little cheat and stuck an ender chest in the in-between stairwell, for all my emeralds. I am a compulsive item hoarder (I held onto all the empty bottles just in case, and for a while the bowls too), and I didn't want to throw away my bragging rights!
Once I had retrieved the amulet, I popped into creative mode for a look at your command blocks and holy cow! That must have taken you forever. Hats off to you. A really clever concept executed very well! It was a nice challenge, a little easier on me once I had acquired a diamond axe with Smite and Mending. But I STILL died a lot! It was fun, though, rather than frustrating. A fine line to walk!
