This map is part of the Map Advent Calendar. A special holiday event comprising 24 maps, one everyday until Christmas.
The poor fellas who live near the equator have been having a fairly "warm" winter. Some people claim the problems on fictional stories about how Apollo is angry. Others simply say that we are ruining the world. As for me, I say the sun is trolling us!
Here is the real deal kids (not really). The sun is angry that the average number of beach-goers has been lower this year. The sun loves to burn people (vocally and physically) who don't use sunscreen! So since he hasn't done a lot of damage, he is having a meltdown and is attacking the North Pole with sun beams! And since Christmas is burning up, who cares about being naughty and nice when lives are on the line?
Survive for as long as you can and knock your friends into the freezing cold water to be the last one alive! The last player alive gets spared by the sun!
