Map Trailer
Map Info: This survival map is completely different from everything you've seen before. The challenge is to find enough emeralds and trade with 9 villagers to collect all legendary weapons. But watch out, there is just one villager in every biome and the map is huge. Ressources are rare and you are not able to get every ressource in every biome.
Features:
- A gigantic (5000x5000 blocks) hand-painted landscape with custom trees, caves, mountains, villagers and more.
- A Minimap (in the download folder included) that shows you where you'll find ressources (coal, iron etc.) and how much there is. It also provides you information about the difficulty of each biome.
- 9 custom villagers that trade the legendary weapons (which are very useful btw.) against emeralds.
- much more to discover...
Rules:
- You can do whatever Minecraft vanilla allows you to do (except for changing the gamemode or bug-using).
- Play at least on normal difficulty.
- Do not use any mods (except for OptiFine). You can use a Minimap but it should not show the entire map as you would instantly see where the villagers are.
- You can play in multiplayer.
- Do not leave the map. There is void all over the border anyway :D
It was a lot of work, especially because the map is so huge and that's why I hope you'll enjoy my map and leave some feedback down below or in the comments of the trailer.
You can create videos of my map, but please link this page and give credit, thanks :)

QuoteThe worldspawnpoint is not underground but if you play on a server you may spawn somewhere else. You can start this map in gamemode 1 and do the following /tp @a 1525 50 1278 and you land on the default spwnpoint ;)

QuoteThanks,
I think finding the villagers is really not that hard. The best way to get emeralds is switching the biomes. I recommend the volcano to find emeralds but you can easily die there ^^

QuoteI dont know why others cant's find the villagers
I found the one in the savana and desert.
The amount of emeralds required is a bit high thou.
I am not enjoying the plains mind :)

QuoteThere is bedrock on top of the beacons and this is correct. Beacons go through bedrock and are visible. I tested the map again for myself and I've seen all beacons. But if you cannot see them and you use the correct Minecraft version I'll upload v. 1.1 without bedrock on top of the beacons. Sometimes the beacons need time before they're visible.

QuoteYou just have to look for the beacons. These are visible from about 150 blocks away. try to increase your render distance to at least 22 chunks (I recommend 32). The positions of the villagers are also on very significant parts of the map e.g. the volcano or on top of a mountain ;) If you play with a shader you may not see the beacons.
