Every tool with a gallery has a Save button next to its downloads. Saving gives you a link anyone can open in the same tool. Sign in and the design is kept in your dashboard, where you can name it, publish it to its gallery or take it down again. Opening someone else's design in the tool counts as a remix, and a heart on a design is a vote that moves it up the Top sort.
Galleries have no approval queue. Anything that should not be here can be reported from its page; three reports hide a design until a moderator has looked at it.
