Map Info

The Grinch is up to no good causing trouble in Jollyville. The town is in disarray, evil pengus have taken over the skating rink, the reindeer are missing, and Christmas must be saved! Help Santa and his elves undo the evil biddings of the Grinch!

Jollyville is an Advent/Adventure Map composed of 24 different daily tasks. The map is designed for 1-2 players and features a variety of challenges including:

  • Puzzles
  • Mazes
  • Trivia
  • Parkour
  • Building

Each task will likely take anywhere from 5-30 minutes to complete. The map is 100% vanilla and is easy to set up and play upon download. The download also includes the Christmas Cheer resource pack which is highly recommended for the best holiday experience.

This map was created for use as a YouTube series and is catered towards easy, fun, recordable content. Nvm, I found it. The place with the reindeer was all the way back, named parkour perils on a sign, in case anyone was wondering.

+5 Long Ding Fang Jollyville is an incredibly well built and well standardised map which includes all of the following (building, fighting, puzzles, trivia and a whole heap of parkour). It was sort of an experience to play Jollyville. The simplicity in using little to no command blocks goes to show how not every map needs a redstone master to make it good. I loved the style of the town and would've been much better in shaders. Overall a 3.5/5

First off, there aren't any directions that tell you that you need to check the chests for your assignments (but I knew what to do, but other people might not.) Second, this map is way too confusing! I can't even get past the FIRST assignment!! Other that those two problems, I think this is a decent map! :)

I was originally going to release on Christmas Day so that it would be a unique recorded series for my channel. Either way, It's meant to be playable regardless of the date and could be used next year as well. ^_^
