This is a modern mansion primarily composed of; Sandstone, Glass, Grey Clay, Birch Wood, and Nether Brick. This took me about 4 hours in creative with the use of World Painter for the trees and the lake.
I highly recommend using Modern HD as I built this house with that texture pack.
Feel free to modify and have fun with this house. Use it for ideas or whatever you want.

The mansion now includes:
- Updated Interior - including new room layout and additional basement with Theatre.
- Redone landscaping.
- A Stable and fenced area for horses.
- A Tennis Court.
- A Hot Tub and Vineyard.
- Updated Lake side seating and Barbecue.
- Additional Barbecue and seating closer to mansion.
- Optional Terrain (Terrain includes small cabin within mountain range).
