PREMISE:

In LOCK IN, your goal is to get to the end the fastest. That's it!

Every round, you'll be scored by your fellow players. At the end of the round, the player with the most votes moves the furthest, and so on. It's quite simple.

ROUNDS:

At the start of each ROUND, players will be teleported to the stage, which will be transformed into a random location (kitchen, laboratory, jungle, etc...)

Somewhere on the stage will be a chest with 27 random items. Each player must take three items out of the chest that they think may be helpful for that specific location. Once a player has three items in their inventory, their choices are Locked In. Once every player has Locked In, the round will progress.

PROMPTS:

One player will be randomly selected to go first, and the prompt will be revealed. A prompt will look something like this:

"You’re pitching a new item to the CEO of McDonalds. Please describe a fast food combo meal you’d make using your three items."

The active player will have some time (default one minute) to answer the prompt to the best of their ability. Their goal is to impress the other three players, who are on the judging platform. Once time is up, the active player becomes a judge. One of the judges becomes the new active player, and the timer starts again! Everyone gets the same prompt.

As a rule of thumb, play to your audience! If you think your friends will score higher based on what's most funny, go nuts with it! If you're trying to go for realism, change up your strategy! This is your chance to improvise, so let hilarity ensue.

REQUIREMENTS

• Four players. No more, no less, and all in a voice call or equivalent.

• Minecraft java edition version 26.2

• The map's built-in resourcepack, which can be extracted and used as a server resourcepack if needed.
