Mayhaps it is best if I did not tell you the story of the Dwarven Kingdoms: the wars fought by broken kings, the chaos caused by anger and pride in their stone cold hearts, but perhaps, dwarven brethren, perhaps you could find out for yourself.
The Dwarven Kingdoms is a minecraft map that took nearly a year to finish. This map (made by Nick Nui and MataNui2009) is an adventure through 4 kingdoms that have been split apart long ago and are constantly torn in conflict. You see, long ago, the dwarven kingdoms were one and they were led by a ruler every dwarf looked up to, but then the humans came. The dwarves and humans fought a war that ended in the defeat of the poor dwarven miners. The dwarves were sealed in a barier, trapping them underground forever (yes this map has some Undertale inspiration.) Ever since, the dwarves grew to hate each other, they grew distrustful of one another, and they turned on each other in violent combat. Now the kingdoms of dwarves are separated, and they'll never see the surface world again.
This map is very much designed for single player. Multiplayer is allowed, but I'd very much recommend playing in single player as I've only tested things in that game mode.
WARNING: There are a few words in this map that aren't necessarily swear words, but they're parodies of swear words, and they're about as close as you can get to actual swear words without being swear words. There are some more serious moments in this map, but don't be fooled because this map has a sense of humor as well. I'd actually say this map is more comedic than serious, but serious moments are here.
Although I really want to call this the alpha version of the map, it's more like I want to make a remaster or sequel. I mean, the map does end in a fitting place, and everything works as far as I've tested, so it's not like it's an unfinished map or anything. I just think Dwarven Kingdoms 2 Electric Boogaloo is going to be much shorter when it comes out.
The spawn point of this map is at -2075 64 812. If you are not at -2075 64 812 then I have failed you, please forgive me.
- 13 cities to explore
- 14 boss fights
- 3-4 mines (depending on what you count as a mine)
- over 20 notable characters
Update notes: Made things less confusing and fixed some bugs.
