In a world where time was frozen, the key to getting it back is to travel through time and find the time cores.

Poorly done. Lacked even the most primitive elements of a good map. No guide. No spawn point. No food. No intro or explanation. Jumbled together.

Well i expected much more , it was not very fun plus it was not thought through . You did not give enough food , no spawnpoint set at the vex fight , keep inventory was not set , the map just immediately begins without any introduction of what you will need to do , you can get lost through the map and the map is not interactive

I'm a bit of and amateur map-builder myself, (no offence), and it was interesting to see what other "little" map-makers are doing. One thing I would recommend (that hasn't been mentioned already) is to have a little more food around. I only found 3 pieces of raw beef and so I had to change to peaceful and so missed the wizard guy. I'm not at all trying to be mean because my maps are probably awful in comparison to most of the maps here, but I think you may want to refine your skills more before actually posting a map, but this map was obviously good enough to even be on this site.
I feel like you need to give a little more direction to what you need your players to do. For example, ~The keys: I had no idea where to place them until I looked in the comments here. ~The Iron Trapdoor in the house: I would've had no clue to look back there for the entrance. ~Placing the beacons in the frames: This (for me) was a lucky accident to find this out.
I also felt that you needed a backstory of SOME sort. For example: ~Why was time frozen? ~Why do you have a time machine in your basement? ~If the time machine is always in the same place, how did the whole ENTIRE terrain change?
I also feel like you need to work on building skills a lot. I am not trying to be rude here, because this is a friendly community, but the things you built... aren't... exactly... what people expect nowadays in Minecraft maps. The castle, the houses, the room... it all felt... bland to me, or overused I should say. It took me a long time to get my building skills where they are now, so just keep practicing and you will become great! (I recommend watching the popular YouTuber Grian. He is an EXCELLENT builder and he is where I got ALL my skills from :D).
Otherwise, I loved the idea, it was new and something I have never seen before. I also loved the idea of the frozen animals and the fire was an AWESOME touch of creativity. Keep up the work and I am sure you will become better than you are now (not saying you are bad). I am sorta looking forward to #FrozenInTime2, I will keep my eyes open for it :). If you take my advise for backstory or building techniques... I am sure your map could become VERY popular!

I thought your map was "fun" but lackluster.

I do not have a clue where to go. I followed the gravel/cobblestones but all i found was the underground cave under the water with 4 beds and a chest with a spare key and the key for to put on a grass block. What am i suppose to do?

I've tried your map, it wasn't that good. It was a little too simple and short. If you'd like to make the mp more enjoyable for the player, you should have at least a minimum of these things :
-Unique builds
-A backstory, or at least something to show people what's happening, and why the time is frozen.
- A good usage of command blocks. If you need help on how to use them and make colored chat, particle effects, etc look it up on YouTube.
