Welcome to Super Craft Brothers Universe! In this Mini-Game, players fight head to head in a two to four player free for all! Smash, slash and burn your friends with custom Attacks, Items, and Power-Ups, or harness the power of the Smash Cube and dominate the match! So what are you waiting for? GET SMASHING!!!

+1 badquilava Hello creator. I understand this is an old game but I would like some updates to it. I'd rather keep it in 1. 8. 9 and not the modern version because the melee is useful when clicking quickly. I would like request a few new kits that could be added. Passive mobs would be cool and more moderns should be added. Please, I beg o you, continue updating and working on this wonderful game. Hope you read this and have a great day

MAJOR delay on this, I'm so sorry! Anyways, you have the right idea for the potion-inflicti ng items. What I did, is there is the DamageDealt scoreboard objective and DamageTaken scoreboard objective. I set a clock with commands blocks in the following order:
1) I set a value of an objective, let's say ItemPotionType, to 0 for anyone with a score of 1 or greater.
2) If someone is holding a certain item in their hand (i.e. {SelectedItemSl ot:{id:minecraf t:iron_sword}}) , I set the value of ItemPotionType to 1
3) If someone with the score ItemPotionType 1 and DamageDealt is greater than 0, grant a potion effect to anyone within a radius of 5 (or more, if you prefer) and a score of DamageTaken greater than 0.
4) Set the value of DamageTaken to 0 for anyone who's score is greater than 1.
5) Set the value of DamageDealt to 0 for anyone who's score is greater than 1.
The key to this is set the values AFTER you run the third command block, for otherwise the values will already be set to 0 before the command can run, and will never successfully run.

All classes are equally balanced, it only depends on how you use it, and if you can use their abilities to their advantages. As for the redstone, teleporting to coordinates x250 y100 z250 should do the trick, just know you'll lag out if you teleport there whilst on a server, and it's not perfectly organized...
