Hats

Command Info:
This command adds in 50 different types of hats that can be collected! Once you have installed the command, "Hat Cats" will spawn around the world. These cats glow purple and will run if they see you (I recommend using fish to lure them close). Upon catching the ocelot, you will receive one of fifty different hats!

Every 10 seconds, there is a 5% chance that a "Hat Cat" will spawn within 50 blocks of a random player. Simply run into the Ocelot (do not kill it) and it will emit some sparks and drop a random hat!

An internet connection is needed for the command to work correctly!

-1 randomhelper Good job, just want to point out that theoretically, you could have any peaceful mob spawn with a hat instead of randomly spawned ocelots.

+1 00jj00 Mr.Awesome I thought this command was amazing! but one thing is that I waited forever and cound not find anything. Is there anyway to heighten the chances or make the spawn range smaller. Or one idea is to make it so when you look it will say when one spawns.

This is actually using Freshcoal heads, check out http://heads.freshcoal.com/maincollection.php for heads, just click on the head and paste it into a cmd block!
