Map Info

An adventure, parkour, puzzle map. Experience chapter 1 of traephetic's 2 part series, you fell down a large hole and you can't remember anything, now you will delve into the world of strange beasts and people, getting help from them and slaying the evil of this world.

Special Monsters cannot be slayed with just a few clicks, instead, they are boss monsters that require time and effort to beat.

Parkour in this map has been improved.

Map has been tested in full survival to be completely playable, so don't worry about there being any problems with the map!

+2 Salotomato The map is great so far but has a couple bugs. Unfortunately I cannot finish the map because, cheats are turned off so, when I got to Billy and clicked on the "Accept Teleport" button in chat, It told me that I did not have permission to access that command.

I feel like this map was ins[quote name="The Baked Creeper"]I feel like this map was inspired by UNDERTALE,
You fell down and can't remember anything, you meet monsters that you are able to fight (you don't have to tho), and then you return and climb out of the hole... Ring a bell anyone?
Nevertheless great map dude...

Wait sorry, my book glitched when I put it in my inventory, so I didn't read it. I re-copied the save file and restarted the map and just read it... My bad :)

Pretty good map, ton of bugs everywhere, so it's hard to name them. When playing, I often couldn't figure out where I was supposed to be heading (especially with the secret scrolls, Billy tped me to the main town for no reason?). Also would be great if the spawnpoints were set regularly, especially before the 5 challenges. Also, due to spawnpoints being set in broken areas, I went to a random location upon death. I had to break into the map to continue. However, it was fun. However, the parkour at the start was more difficult than the entire map - if only I had known that the edges of blocks didn't toggle the lift ability, and you had to sprint-jump after toggling lift. Best of luck with your next map.

weird, set it so billy could tp you only if you clicked on his text, I never died much in my own map so I guess spawn points were not so needed, I'll keep that in mind. Yea the gears do get tricky to use but you can pretty do everything in this map better with it, the second map won't be coming soon, probably not, I don't find much motivation to make another one since i have so much studies, but thanks for playing my first map.

is there a link to the 2nd part?

It'll take a very long time, not to make the map, but because of my studies, did you enjoy this map?

is the lifting supposed to fall after 5 seconds? its too hard :(

It's supposed to fall after 2 seconds, to lift you up only 5 blocks to get up 4 blocks, your computer can't handle the commands I believe. If it can it's like that, makes it more challenging to play

This map is cool, the appearance is capturing and the text/items fit well into the game, but the constant meaningless puzzles made me lose interest in about 15 minutes. You marketed this map as "slaying monsters" and "exploring a world of beasts and people," it's kinda hard to get behind a map that is misunderstood and having to do three annoying puzzles before actually doing anything. And there are problems with the map, within the first 4-5 puzzles I found the reset buttons and story text either not working or inputting wrong info.

Sorry to hear that, I'll make puzzles and fights more interesting in chapter 2
